One of the counter staff (of whom, refused to give me her name) was particularly rude and disrespectful. Only after finding out I was Singaporean (she thought I was from China) did she mellow down.
As a clinic that caters mostly to foreigners, I feel it really displays an extremely ugly side of Singapore.

– she (counter staff) question my ability to comprehend written instructions just because I asked her a simple question which would have take a second to answer. But apparently to her being rude was easier.

– said lady once again asked me to wait long long (in Chinese terms) just because i had absent mindedly left my receipt in my vehicle.

When I told her that just because they are foreigners doesn’t mean they are not human, she rolled her eyes at me.

Singapore promotes racial harmony. Or so I thought.
I’m greatly disgusted by her actions and choice of words. Honestly no need for sarcasm but it flowed like a river during a monsoon.

On her behalf, I would like to apologise to all the foreigners who had to go through this sad moment.
