Dr Jacqueline Feng is a Hong Kong Canadian graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor of Science Honours degree subsequently obtained her second degree from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Dentistry. Graduated over 10 years ago, Dr Jacqueline has worked in many settings including private and UK government clinics, special needs centers, kids only clinics, dental emergency centers in various UK hospitals plus hospital orthodontics and oral surgery attachments. She is trained in the provision of IV sedation, dental related acupuncture and simple hypnotics techniques to help relax her clients. But her special interests lie in the provision of cosmetics dentistry and facial aesthetics. She is one of the very few dentist in Singapore who is proficient in the use of Botox. With the utilisation of modern techniques including Invisalign, implants plus years of experience, she has successfully created many beautiful smiles. Age-Link Specialist Clinic for Older Persons is a specialist clinic for geriatric medicine. Geriatric medicine is that branch of medicine concerned with the clinical, preventive, remedial and social aspects of illnesses in older persons (British Geriatric Society). Our clinic provides expertise for addressing different aspects of health concerns commonly faced by older persons. These include comprehensive geriatric assessment (screening and management of conditions commonly encountered in older persons – often referred to as geriatric syndromes), management of “ortho-geriatric” conditions such as osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, co-ordination and review of care for multiple co-existent chronic illnesses and rehabilitation of older persons recovering from major illnesses. Our doctor and staff work closely with other specialists and allied health personnel (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and dietitians) to provide a comprehensive service that is aimed at optimizing the health and physical independence of older persons.

He did his housemanship in the Department of Paediatric Medicine under Dr Tan Keng Wee, Consultant and Head, at Alexandra Hospital, followed by a posting in General Surgery at Alexandra Hospital under Dr Ng Boon Keng. His final housemanship posting was in the Department of Medicine (Unit 1 or University Department) at Singapore General Hospital under Prof Cheah Jin Seng, a reputed Physician and Endocrinologist. It was in Singapore General Hospital that he developed a passion for internal medicine, and later geriatric medicine.

Led by Dr Chong Mei Sian. Dr Chong is an experienced geriatrician who is passionate about geriatric care, in particular dementia care. With The Geriatric Practice, she hopes to bring a state of health and well being to older persons as much as possible, and to work with their families to improve the quality of life for older persons and their caregivers. The scope of geriatric care spans healthy ageing (functional screening), through geriatric syndromes to attending to the care of older adults in the home setting.
