Dr Darren left Singapore in 1998 for Queensland (Australia) and graduated from the University of Queensland in 2002, attaining his Bachelor of Dental Science Dental Degree there. During his curriculum, he received the Golden Key Honour Roll for his achievement in university.
After graduation, he worked in various hospitals in Queensland Health. During which, he gathered an interest in Endodontics, Oral Surgery and Implants. He also worked in Paediatric School Vans where he was the Dental Officer in-charge of the District. He worked in Queensland from 2003 to 2004.
In end of 2004, he came back to Singapore and started work in LQ Dental. He is a co-director of the clinic. Dr Darren is extremely motivated and is dedicated to patient care. He is a General Dental Surgeon with fields of interest in Implants, Endodontics and most recently Digital Dentistry. He is also a very active participant in courses to enhance his dental knowledge.
Dr Darren loves to spend time with his family. In his spare time, Darren is a musically adept person, playing both the guitar and piano. He has performed with his band at various locations in Singapore. He is also an avid cyclist and has cycled at various events overseas in Malaysia, Australia and Taiwan.
Dr Darren is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
