Dr. Low was born and bred locally in Singapore. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he received the Doctor of Chiropractic degree (Summa Cum Laude). He has attended elective courses such as Activator Methods and NIMMO trigger point technique. In addition, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit for attending the VA Rotation Program at the University of Iowa Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr Low is a member of Pi Tau Delta society, an International Chiropractic Honorary Society and the Chiropractic Association of Singapore. His willingness to learn and compassion for helping people allows him to provide quality care so as to provide their needs.
