Dr. Lam is a Family Physician with more than 15 years of experience. Having graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1997, he has undergone various postings in the hospital including the Accident and Emergency Department, General Medicine, General Surgery, Psychiatry, Neonatology etc. He spent most of his training in the polyclinic and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.
Dr. Lam is an adjunct lecturer at the School of Health Sciences, Nanyang Polytechnic since 2005. He enjoys tutoring and sharing of ideas and knowledge with his students as well as his patients.
He was also awarded MINDS Distinguished Service Award 2011 for his outstanding voluntary service towards improving the lives of persons with intellectual disability for many years.
Dr. Lam is a friendly, patient and caring doctor with special interest in pediatric and skin disorders. Despite being a busy father with four young kids, he watches his health with regular exercises, playing basketball and running. He strongly believes that prevention is always better than cure.
