Dr Tommy’s youthful appearance belies his age. He graduated from National University of Singapore more than 20 years ago and also holds a Masters of Fam Medicine (NUS). He has spent the last 10 years perfecting his aesthetics skills in the spectrums of skin-care, acne treatments, botox, fillers and lasers.
