The Tow Yung Clinic is a Group Practice of Obstetrician & Gynaecologists who are all Fellows of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) and Certified Specialists by the Singapore Medical council.
The clinic was founded by Professor (Dr) Tow Siang Hwa and Dr. Richard Yung in May 1969. Over the years it has taken pride in establishing for itself a creditable reputation of caring for women through every stage of their pregnancy from conception to delivery and subsequently through the menopause.
With over 45 years of caring for women throughout their various stages of life, from birth to the menopause has certainly played an important role to several generations of women. First formed by Professor Tow Siang Hwa who was head of KK Hospital in the 1960s, the Tow Yung clinic grew to a partnership of 5 doctors. Dr Richard Yung contributed as one of the original partners and hence the name Tow Yung Clinic.
The clinic is conveniently located in Tanglin Shopping Center on Tanglin Road, just outside the Central Business District (CBD) in Orchard Road. The center is easily accessible by cars, taxis, buses and the nearest MRT station (Orchard) is 350 meters away (walking time is less than 5 minutes).
